• Totally unreliable. Do not book with this company. I booked a car to take us from Orpington to Euston , booking accepted by company. Day before needed I phoned and booking was confirmed. Morning required I phoned after 10 minutes waiting to be told that car was cancelled!, No apology. We were left stranded , from Euston we had booked train tickets to Glasgow. Appalling business - no star rating

• Terrible Service, the staff are rude! Late..if they turn up at all!! I booked a cab which failed to arrive with no explaination, i went on to book a second cab which then went on to be an hour late and when questioned about the sequence of events, they did not apologise but went on to tell me they were very busy and unable to book me another cab for another hour. I am a young girl who was totally vulnerable and to recieve no explanation for their poor service and complete rudeness when confronted is unacceptable. Do not use this company! They deserve to be shut down. When i called back to complain about the situation, i was told there was no manager who was avaliable to talk to as they were 'Too busy' and when i offered to hold, the VERY rude lasy hung up on me. The next call ended with being actually put on hold but after 20 mins, i was cut off again!! The company is an absolute sham!!
