Cannon Cars are ALWAYS late. They are rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. A driver showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. He wasnt even apologetic at all. When asked, both the driver and the office said its how they work. I said I should not pay for such a massive delay. The driver became rude and abusive and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Threatened me of calling the police. Used abusive language in front of three children under the age of 5. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.Rating history and distribution
