Nightmare. Late collecting to go to airport. 40 mins late collecting from Gatwick. No apology just excuse after excuse. Child seat was not fitted correctly. Taxi smelt of cigarettes and I had to sit in the front amongst a footwell full of empty drinks bottles and half eaten food. NIGHTMARE it gets one star because I cannot submit any lower Rating history and distribution
