• This company makes your removal 100X time more stressful. The owner lies, breaks things,over charges on original quote.. The staff he uses look homeless! I've noticed they use different company names and phone numbers to shy away from the trail of disaster they cause, where are they based?? In all..for the sake of your goods and health,i recommend anyone from NOT going anywhere near this company!

• I agreed a price with this firm to move the contents of my house into storage and then on to Sheffield. Once the items were in storage, the owner tried to increase the storage fee by almost 50%. I later asked for them to be moved to the Peak District, 15 miles beyond Sheffield. I expected to pay a little more for this, but not an extra 40%. When my belongings were eventually delivered, the removal van didn't turn up until it was almost dark. There was only the owner, who'd injured his knee, and one other person to unload my items, and me and my wife were asked to help with this. I later discovered that some items were missing, but despite numerous phone calls and emails the owner would not reimburse me for these. I'll be pursuing this matter in the Small Claims Court.
