• I used this firm to move my belongings into storage and then on to Sheffield. The owner unilaterally increased the fee we'd agreed for the first month's storage and later tried to increase the fee by 50%! When it came to moving my items he insisted on payment in advance as he said other customers hadn't paid him. (Now I know why). When he delivered my items he insisted on my wife and I helping to unload the van. It became apparent that he'd brought a number of items which didn't belong to me, and had left behind several of my own. He refused to answer either mynumerous phone calls to him or any of my emails. I'm taking him to the Small Claims Court. Avoid this firm at all costs! The owner of this firm tried to increase the monthly storage fee we'd agreed for my household belongings
