• I have been having my cars serviced at Waterhouse for many years, but recently my radio stopped working for a while then came back on again.I Thought I would have it checked over before warranty ran out on car. Booked in to Waterhouse who carried out a short test and reported No Fault. For some unknown reason they then updated the software on the car?? Needless to say this was not covered by warranty and they presented me with a bill for £82. I can't, for the life of me find anything different on the car an they couldn't tell me, but my wallet is eighty quid lighter. They didn't advise me, during the process, that they were going to spend my money for me, but they did make a point of taking me in the workshop to show me all the wires plugged into a laptop from my car, which I now see as a ploy to justify the bill. Somehow I'm feeling a bit cheated and will certainly be reviewing my service arrangements
