• Used to visit this garage all the time until my brother experienced the complete nastiness of the service manager, wrote to Skoda about it and was told this garage is not an official dealership(so why does it service and sell their cars?). A shame because I happen to like their vehicles but I will not venture anywhere near this place. Chelmsford is a city now and Skoda need to launch a proper 5 star dealership to the town and then this horrible backwoods Hicksville place can close and the land be sold off for property development. The people in the petrol station are fine but the service manager, nobody deserves a smack more than this guy.
