• Disgraceful service after selling me a car that wasnt fit for purpose. The owner likes to also mouth of at women when they question him about the car then crawls into a shell when men are around.

• part exed my lovely megane dynamiquie in Dec last year from here for a c3. Never again this heap of rubbish still cost me £1400 and my lovely megane!!!! Had nothing but problems with c3 , New alternator fitted , it had no spare wheel in boot which is ilegal im told , bonnet catch was broken , bonnet lever catch also broken the list goes on!!! stay away u will be had like me!!! staff okay just give you the usual del boy selling traits :-(

• First of all, very rude dealer, not willing to listen to you and will get angry if you ask him questions about the car on the phone. Then, I enquired about a VW Polo and especially asked him if the car had any faults or known problems and he clearly said that there weren't. I came all the way from London, buying a £39 train ticket one way and found out that the car was in absolute outrageous condition. To start with, the boot door didn't have any springs and you'd need to hold it open with one hand or it would just fall on your head. Now how can you not mention something like this? Added to this, the interior was badly damaged, Front passenger speaker was broken, rear window opener was broken and there was a clear dent on the rear left that looked like it was hit by a bike or similar, which wasn't visible in the photo. Seller will put photos on his website and/or autotrader that don't show any signs or marks. Then I had to buy a return ticket on the spot, which had a fixed fare of £70. So, I wasted £110 to see a car in horrendous condition and a seller that wouldn't subsidize any of my travel cost. AVOID!

• Shocking!!! Bought a peugeot 307 from here after driving home and around few weeks later engine management light and broke down .... NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY WILL SWEET TALK YOU AND FALSLEY ADVERTISE and they palm u off with the warranty which doesnt cover much waste of money nothing but problems STAY AWAY!!

• would NEVER buy a car from here again - bought a Ford KA after a week had to take it back as it needed a new steering rack and Head Gasket - month later had to take it back again as was burning oil had to keep being filled up - have now taken it to a mechanic who has said it should never have been sold to me and its not worth fixing, i DO NOT recommend this garage at all!!!!
