• visited yesterday(27/08/20130 No Brochure for car I was interested in! {CX5}First rep has been waitinf over a month for them! and did know know servicing costs,even after phoning someone elsewhere!! Passed onto another 'rep' for attention asked both of them for their card at least five times " just a minute"!their reply,still waiting for them to give me theirs,they know more about me and I don't even know their last name except they are called "Lee" and "Liam.What a are they representing,?? Thwy had no vehicle of model I was interested in to show me!Just read their advert it is very misleading on thr 'net' it is very misleading!! . Asked several times for a trade in price for my car and repayment schedule, for balance, no joy! First rep got the price and details wrong of the car I wanted. Second rep suggested another make of car Hyndai?! for consideration and my visit was just to see the Mazda. Second rep wanted to take me for a test drive in the Hyundai without even asking me if I wanted for one! Some my details were repeated to second 'rep',no seamless transfer of info between the two reps of info!! All in all this visit was a complete waste of time and seriously lacked professionalism,it was a debacle from stsrt to finish! I will not be buying a Mazda ever,no confidence in them at all based upon these experiences.
