• Worst haircut ever,wanted a choppy layered bob ended up with cross between a wurzel gummidge cut and a pudding basin cut ,and scissor lines all over .... Bad experience not recommended

• DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NAME I had my hair done here a little while ago and it was the worst hairdressing experience I've ever had! Blondes listen up! - I thought, why not splash out on myself and get my usual head of highlights somewhere that is bound to be good. Apparently not! ALL the girls in there were rude, cold, abrupt and very moody looking. They all need some hospitality and customer service training. I walked in and was greeted with straight faced unhappy stares. A girl looked as if she had be forced to ask me for my coat and show me to a seat. The girl actually doing my hair said NOT ONE WORD to me throughout the whole process apart from at the end when she said she would be back in 10 to check my hair which was very awkward. I got offered a drink by two different girls and they both forgot to bring me one! Usually you get offered a magazine or something but no -nothing. Throughout the whole experience I was spoken to and messed about with over 5 grumpy staff. One of them said 'ok now go to the sinks' , I ended up awkwardly walking around lost because I had no idea which way to go. Another one knocked my head with a big heat machine (and didn't apologise). Another one dried my hair saying not a word just grabbing my head chatting to another member of staff behind her. The colour result is awful! The staff do not seem to care about the customers look, style or type of hair -just how quickly they can get you in and out before the next victim. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMEND!
