• I have recently moved to Bristol and this is the first time that I had been to Barber Brown. My perm was very disappointing. I carefully explained that my hair is difficult to perm, but the perm used on my hair was nowhere near strong enough and has barely lasted a third of the usual time, while costing me twice what I would pay previously. The stylist told me that the manager would phone me to discuss this,but, a fortnight later he has still not done so.

• Avoid this place, this is a glorified barbers shop which charge £20 to £25 for men's dry haircut
