We have repeatedly asked this directory to amend/remove these reviews (good and bad) but have had not any response to any enquiry we have made.

• I bought a Ford C Max in February. It was a good price and they gave a great price for my old car, but the paper work etc is not what they said. Battery went flat so needed a key code, the one on the card was for a different car. I also asked loads of times for the second key they promised. I have been asking for so long but the landline doesnt even exist (01727800299). So frustrated I cant get hold of them.

• cars look good but fall to pieces soon after. poor customer service. they are all nice to sell the car but once bought it will all go downhill from there. good luck if you buy one of there cars. Please Dont do it.

• I bought a bmw off st albans car centre 3 months ago, great price , great service,had no problems with the car.matthew the manager was a great help assisting me through my purchase.Well recommend with my friends and family.

• This garage was amazing from the word go, I wanted to part exchange my beaten up old car for a nice new one and as I drove past one of the cars caught my eye so I pulled in. A man treated me as I walked in and from then on I knew I was on to something good. We done a brilliant deal together with him taking in my car and knocking some money off the asking price as well. They replaced 2 tyres also before I picked the car up. Since then I've had one problem with the car not starting but was down to a battery which when I phoned someone came out the next day from the garage and replaced it free of charge. Really not sure about these bad comments as this place is 100%. Have recommended 2 other people who have bought from here and they received the same first class service.

• i bought a 2007 ford focus from Darren after 5 monts we had an issue with the engine and Darren was great. He got the car in for two days and lent me a car and fixed the issue and did not even charge a penny, I have sent three friends and all have bought and are over the moon with their cars. • Stay clear from this place!! My cusion brought a car and he has had nothing but problems with is!! He had spent nearly a grand fixing the car and still needs work!! Only had the car 5 months!!

• communication up until buying the car was great but as soon as the paperwork was signed the problems began. Throughout dealing with a man named Darren, there has been nothing but problems. The car hadn't been serviced and had apparently had a full Mot which was obviously a close friend as many of the issues faced would not have passed an Mot. I have since had to contact trading standards as the apparent 3 month warranty became none existent when the problems started. 5 months later the dispute is ongoing and no Where near rectified but would say this company sells cars at a very reasonable price and are very enticing but do not have a clue about the underneath of a bonnet and tell nothing but lies but i should of sensed this as when i traded in my car Darren didn't even look at it. To sum it up DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!
