• First class service from salesperson Craig. Kept informed of progress throughout. All is well so far, will review again when we've had the car three months.

• Sales person very good. Good p/x given BUT problems started when went to collect. Car not ready as new tyre being fitted. Strange as they had all looked good when bought. On way home new wipers fell off on M25 (not clipped on). Wheel with new tyre was kerbed (sure it was ok when viewed). Just spent nearly £400 with trusted local garage as one brake was faulty and should have been picked up when Spire fitted new pads (needed new caliper, pads and disc hence cost to us). I wouldn't trust them to do any mechanical work

• Disgraceful company. SIOld me a car with a fault then are making me pay £1,200 to get it fixed after a week of having it!
