• This so called company falsely sold my blind mother and her friend a phone with 'voice over'. Needless to say the phone didn't have voice over. The phone was taken back for a full refund within 7 days and they refused. Then they tried to offer £20 to get us off their case. They also damaged the phone that my mum took to them to ask for a repair. After some research online, we discovered this company is dissolved and should not be trading. When we told them this and also reminded them of our rights and they finally gave a full refund to avoid police and trading standards. Stay away from these.
