Andy sold us "real hair " for my daughters hair to be styled curly for my wedding, £160 for the hair and on the day it burned and could not be styled, it was not 100% human hair as stated which is why he has signs all over the packaging saying you can return or refund, he knows he sells not 100% hair, if it was from amazon and I paid £50 at most then fair enough but £160 for real hair to be styled for a special day like my wedding and then to be told by him it is 100% sweetheart when I know and he knows it is and tried blaming my hairdresser who actually recommended him in the first place! Trading standings will now be informed! do not trust this shop!Rating history and distribution
