• Redbridge Radio Cars is the worst cab company EVER. Last time I used them the driver was falling asleep and almost crashed into another car on the motorway. Stupidly I decided to book them again. They've sent me an order confirmation but no payment was taken. I've called them 5 times today trying to work out if the cab has been booked and will arrive or not. Staff on the phone are clueless, no idea even what I am asking. I was then put through to the rudest manager named Manni who was talking over me and then when asked to listen to me was shouting over me. Definitely will not be using again and would never recommend them. The service is an actual joke and a waste of money. Unprofessional and unreliable.
