• Awful Service, Awful Drivers, You call for a cab, agree the time, the cab did not arrive, called and got a rude response from the woman in the office who said they would be there in 2 minutes, they were not. Called again 15 minutes later, same response and the woman actually put the phone down on me, very rude! The cab turned up half hour late and had no idea where he was going, needless to say, I was very unimpressed and will not be using chigwell cars again - there are much better cab services out there!
