• Came in off the street to get a tyre changed (damged beyond repair). 5 guys all behind the counter having a joke and laugh while i waited unserved! All avoiding eye contact. When i finally did get served they managed to damage my newly powder coated alloys, even after i warned them to be careful as i knew they were a little fragile. Really poor service. Avoid like the plague.

• Couldn't give good review on here as husband waited for 2 tyres changing today for hour and half plus. Then they forgot he was there. Then they had to ask if they could realign the tyres very poor service and NO STARs. The website won't let me give NO stars which is what they deserve. Poor service.

• We sent our company van to Protyre Poole with a suspected puncture. On returning the wheel to the van the fitter cross threaded one of the studs. He accused a previous workman of the thread damage. But in 25 years of engineering I have never heard of a thread damaging on the way out? As only the first 3 threads were damaged it must have been caused by the fitter. So our driver was sent off with only 4 studs holding the wheel on, and for us to sort out the damage. There was no duty of care or acceptance of the damage. Terrible

• The worst service i ever head. They tell me I had to wait half an hour to get the car in and after another half an hour to be done. After one and a half hour they didn't move the car from the car park. It took them 2 and half hours to change two tyres what other garages can do in 20 minutes. I never use this garage again.
