• If I could give it 0 stars I would. We rang a taxi and because it was bank holiday, we were fine with the half an hour waiting time - fair enough. When we rang back for an update after 45 minutes, we were told quite rudely that we HAD RECEIVED RING BACK (genuinely, they shouted at us) when we hadn't and according to them, the driver had waited outside for us for 10 minutes. Well, we were waiting in a residential home and we had full view of the driveway and the front road and no taxi turned up. And trust me, we were actually waiting for it because it was late and we wanted to go home to bed. When I spoke with the woman on the main line, she spoke to me like I was an annoyance to her, not a customer. I was told that I was explicitly wrong and then she put the phone down on me before I could even explain my situation!!! I am appalled at the customer service of this business. I called back asking for the manager's name and asked to be told what the complaints procedure was - I was told that I could call back on Tuesday when the manager was back but that they would put my number on a block list so I'd never be able to get through to her. I was shocked. As a small business owner myself, I am staggered that people speak to people the way that woman spoke to me and I will make sure I inform all of my friends never to call Deeside Cars.
