• bad taxi service, used this company for years and was good. but now very poor. taxi's don't turn up nowhere near on time, operator's just lie about where your taxi is. too many times this as happened of late and it's not even being rush hour. missed two appointments in the last two days and that's ringing for the taxi 30 minutes before I had to be there for a ten minute journey.
