• Terrible service throughout. We rang and arranged for a taxi and were told one had been dispatched, half an hour after the agreed time no taxi had turned up. We rang and asked if it was on its way and stated it was half an our late, the phone operator then stated we were 'being argumentative' when we merely asked where it was and hung up on us. All our other efforts to contact them were ignored, will never use this service again as it was rude and unprofessional. Our taxi never arrived.
