Absolutely disgusted at the treatment again received from the lady who is in charge of security. Humiliated my children at the top of her voice but when realising her error responded in a low voice. Although one trolley per person is an advisory she questioned this too and turned to the security guard to say my children were banned, although the manager disputes this. He would not give me the woman's name but have put in a complaint with their head office as I was disappointed by the manager's response. Rating history and distribution
