• I am a professional beauty therapist for 16 years and I go to Amys nails twice a week to do my nails done as for me is a massive treat. They do an amazing job and they are so welcoming and professional and friendly. Couldn't wish for better .

• I went earlier this week, the lady doing mine was rough with my hands, even filing the skin around my nails and making it bleed, which she noticed and did not apologise for. She seemed exasperated and was impatient with me rolling her eyes when I did not know what she wanted me to do. While I was there she got into an argument with the girl sat next to me (the girl asked for a gem on a nail and was told that they did not have time/ did not know how, she insisted she had had it done before, to which she was yelled at by the staff and told 'they did not know how' and that 'they would cut off her nails and she could get out'.) The main lady was aggressive and rude to both me and the other customer. To top it all off the job done was sloppy, the two nails I had had replaced (the middle fingers) were a different shape and length to both each other and the rest of my nails. So in conclusion RUDE, AGGRESSIVE and BAD WORK.

• My sister, mum and I recently went to Amys and had an awful experience. My mums nails chipped within 48 hours. Half of my sisters toe nails were off within 24 hours, when we went back it was corected only to find that another toes polish had completely come off. That night another two nails had lost their polish. The lady in the store was scarey and yelled at my sister for not knowing what gel nails were. While we were there also two other customers were yelled at for bringing along someone else who supposedly wasnt booked in.
