• I don't think it is ok for a customer,to bring hair which is dirty and tell anyone to touch it when you don't want to wash it, a hair salon is place to come wash your hair,it's called health and safety sorry if you were treated unfair but we treat everyone the same,see you when you change your mind and God bless your comments

• As an African, this salon is a shame! There is pressure selling, and this is straight from the owner. She is so rude and for them to operate in this country, they do not know the meaning of customer service. I went to get a weave done, I had my own hair, but she just touched it and said it was not 100% Human hair so I needed to buy from her "proper hair". She asked me if I wanted to have my hair washed, I said no and she blatently said she wouldn't do it as it smelled! I still insisted I didn't want a wash. When another stylist started doing my hair, she kept instructing her to use the shop hair which she brought from the shelf, which I dint agree to. The atmosphere is terrible they talk to customers as if customers are irritating them, they make you wait and make it obvious that they don't like their jobs. I would never recommend anyone to do their hair there. I am alright with the hair though it's very tight, I have had to take pain killers. I can't sleep, hence writing this review at 2 am. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. What a terrible place.

• I went a few weeks back to get a weave done. It was awful. They pressured me into buying the incredibly expensive hair even when I kept trying to tell them I would happily opt for something more affordable but they were extremely pushy and kept trying to tell me they would discount the hair for me as if they were doing me a favour (when i can get the same hair elsewhere half the price!) They told me it was top quality virgin hair. As soon as i washed and brushed it most of the hair is shedding and coming out! (which i know for a fact should not happen with this top quality hair!) The braiding process was painful and poorly done as i noticed they were using string to braid with to help keep the braids secure. Now i now from experience that this is extremely damaging to your hair. My scalp was left red and sore and Irittated (not once have i ever had this issues in the 5 years i have worn weave). I immediately went straight back to my regular stylist and had my weave removed and redone and straight away i could feel the pressure from my scalp was relieved as they had done the braids too tight! They may be alright for other types of afro hair styles but avoid there weaves at all cost. This was the single worst experience i have had and for a few hundred pounds it was certainly a hard lesson to learn! Will never be returning!
