• I highly recommend ADS for all your PVCu needs. Over the last few years they have fitted windows and doors for us. The customer service is first class and pricing is reasonable, with no feeling of pressure. You are kept fully informed of progress from the beginning. Dates are kept too and the job is done professionally. The windows and doors have transformed our home and I highly recommend this fantastic company.

• Appalling customer service from a very young manager not qualified for the role ! stars In the past have been delighted with this company however following the death of my mother, I contacted them for a conservatory door with cat flap as I was taking on board my mum's cats. I confirmed the order with the manager verbally and in person when I was told they would be in contact with a fitting date, despite this the order wasn't processed ,upon calling the company I was told the they weren't mind readers and when I tried to explain I was grieving over the loss of my mum the young manager Matt Colton put the phone down on me after being extremely rude. Will now not recommend this company in view of the appalling customer service.
