• Appalling customer service from a very young manager not qualified for the role ! stars In the past have been delighted with this company however following the death of my mother, I contacted them for a conservatory door with cat flap as I was taking on board my mum's cats. I confirmed the order with the manager verbally and in person when I was told they would be in contact with a fitting date, despite this the order wasn't processed ,upon calling the company I was told the they weren't mind readers and when I tried to explain I was grieving over the loss of my mum and had confirmed the order at the time of the survey ,the young manager Matt Colton put the phone down on me after being extremely rude. Will now not recommend this company in view of the appalling customer service.
