• I booked a taxi fir 6 am. At 6.05 no taxi so I rang. Nearly 10mins wait for supercilious woman to say she would see where taxi was. She came back and said taxi might not come as held up on previous job. So I had to cancel and get bike out. At 6.25am I got a text from driver to say he was outside waiting. They must be very dense, as I cancelled taxi because they were late, so why turn uP 25 mins late. Avoid this company like the plage. Totally unprofessional and fake apologies.

• Will never use this company again, 20mins late on 2 occasions. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but it didn't pay try again. It tells a Story when the staff don't stay with them either.
