I booked a taxi fir 6 am. At 6.05 no taxi so I rang. Nearly 10mins wait for supercilious woman to say she would see where taxi was. She came back and said taxi might not come as held up on previous job. So I had to cancel and get bike out. At 6.25am I got a text from driver to say he was outside waiting. They must be very dense, as I cancelled taxi because they were late, so why turn uP 25 mins late. Avoid this company like the plage. Totally unprofessional and fake apologies. Will never use this company again, 20mins late on 2 occasions. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but it didn't pay try again. It tells a Story when the staff don't stay with them either.
