• Truly dreadful. Once they take your (rent) deposit getting hold of someone is like getting blood from a stone. Paying rent is a nightmare as no one would tell us the sort code etc to set up a direct debit and rhe people on the phone were worse than useless. They also passed my email address onto the electricity company despite my partner'so name being on the tenancy. They didn't use the address given to them but found mine on my completely unrelated purchasing application. Don't even get me started on giving notice to quit. After that we heard from them 5 times a day though - to get us to allow viewings morning, noon and night. I had the same problems when trying to buy, with multiple cancelled viewings without notice - just no one there to let me in.

• Me and my partner went through hell with your move in Ashton. It took them forever to do check on us they told us call back next week every week for a couple of months. They were rude and unhelpful. In the end we told them we found somewhere else. All of a sudden the check was done! We told them that as we no longer needed the house we wanted our deposit back, but they wouldn't give it to us!! My sister tried to view a house to buy, every time she had an appointment, they stood her up without even a phone call. Our friend went to them to sell her house before we had chance to warn her. At least 3 times now they have told her to go to the house to show it to a buyer, but no one showed, again without a phone call to cancel.
