• Booked an airport return and they didn’t have the decency to turn up or answer their phone. Don’t bother and use a reliable company that will turn up. You would think after Covid they would be desperate to make up for loss of income………

• Terrible service, booked the 16 seater for my sons prom, very unorganised , different quotes, was late by 40 mins, then refused to pay me half of my deposit , £50, as a drink had slightly spilt! All it needed was a damp cloth , ridiculous , saw us coming! Spoiled a special occasion! Don't book if you want a fun event !!

• Very disappointed. After being given a good quote on the phone for a minibus, I rang back within 15 minutes and was now told that they had so many bookings that they could not do it all and it was hard to understand me because I sounded funny on the phone. Would actively stay away from them and would not trust them with a booking.

• Do not book. I booked a 6 seater taxi 4 weeks before the date required paid my deposit per request. Six hours before I was due to travel I was contacted and told they could not do the trip at the quoted price. Disgusted! they even suggested that they could do it at a more expensive rate. Keep clear not reliable. 14 April 2011
