• A simple job that turned into a nightmare. Order was placed and fitting date arranged. Firstly the wrong carpet was sent. Wasn’t noticed until 20 minutes after they we due to arrive due to lack of stock being checked on delivery. We arranged a different day (having to take extra time off work to accommodate it) to have the carpet fitted only to find on the day that not enough carpet had been brought with them as they hadn’t included for the dining room even though it was quoted for prior. They then initially wanted an extra £700 for this. A third day was arranged and the carpet was finally fitted. We were charged extra for materials to be taken away only to find lumps of them in our bin. Not once did they accept responsibility for any of the failings, just expected us to keep quiet as it was always other peoples fault. Was under the belief this was a respectable company, but having found out the hard way, I’ve realised that isn’t the case.
