• Terrible vets...NOT a cat friendly practice at all. Waiting for 1/2 hour with a sick kitten for the vet who was running late. No apology or concern from any members of staff. Various other staff members gathered around the reception chatting and drinking tea! Vet who looked like he just came out of school proceeded to SCRUFF! my 10 week old kitten to take him out of the carrier! Asked some questions, did not even weigh and plied him with numerous drugs and 3 sorts of meds to take home. Had to stand & wait at reception for a receptionist to actually get up of her chair so i could pay my bill. Not even a friendly smile or greeting. Could not get out of there fast enough and will NEVER use them again. Subsequently, after registering at another vet for a second opinion, all my kitten needed was simple de worming and was informed that the myriad of drugs prescribed by the Woolpack were completely unnecessary. Go at your own peril...

• This Vets is extremely reasonable they are open on Sundays they always have a vet for call outs. I have used them for 10 years and would recommend them to anyone. Good for cats dogs horses and hens from my experience
