• Very pleasant, patient and extremely knowledgeable staff. Always helpful and in good humour despite being so under staffed. They never seem to have time for a break but always have time for their customers. Well done to them all - especially on Sundays too!

• Great service, lovely staff, and when they make a cup of tea after serving a difficult customer they always make you one too and offer a choice of ginger-nuts or chocolate covered hob-nobs.

• Never adequately staffed, long queues but there is apparently always time for one of them to make tea! Brusque and not helpful!! Need to open all three positions on busy days and speed the whole thing up! Poor.
