• Delivery took 1hr, 30 mins, food was lukewarm upon arrival, hungry so picked at it, on hindsight should've complained and sent it back but was late at night. Had a very upset tummy next day. I should of listened to my friend and not bothered as they had a bad experience too but decided to give them a chance myself. Wouldn't give them a star at all but won't submit without rating.

• Awful, we have been dealing with the Winner House for over 5 years however over the last year it has gone downhill. After another bad order i called to advise that i was not satisfied with my two portions that i paid for ( both of which ended up in the bin ) manager then advised he would sort us next time. After a week or two i called back to request my order again to then be told by manager i should only get one portion back ? At the end of the day what the manager of The Winner House does not grasp is the fact takeaway is a luxury so to take peoples money and deliver poor food is just not right. I dont mind paying for food if it`s good however in this case it has not been for quite some time. Very disappointed with the Winner House.
