• Got to Winklebury Cycles at 1.50pm on Sunday, had a problem with the front wheel. Thought I needed a new wheel but the staff there were extremely helpful and adjusted the bearings on the wheel,fixing the problem. Could have fobbed me off saying I needed a new wheel or a service but didn't. Their help was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

• I rang for some servicing and they fitted me in on the same day. Headset adjusted, front derailleur adjusted, cables tidied while I waited. Great service at a great price. A+++
