• Having left my vehicle with Windsors to replace a faulty EGR valve under warranty, I can honestly say I have never had worse service. Not only was the EGR valve fitted incorrectly my vehicle came back with a split turbo pipe and a split water pipe. It seems to me that the clumsiest person in Wallasey worked on my vehicle. So thanks Windsors of Wallasey for the worst service I have received in a long time. Not only that but the service manager`s attitude was disgusting and I quote "well you won`t have to use us again". I can categorically state the you are right. I would absolutely NEVER use them again and will be making sure nobody I know ever uses them either. You have been warned. Never use Windsors of Wallasey to repair or service your vehicle. Massive thumbs down.
