  • 2 star reviewWe were on holiday in the area, it had Observer best pub of the of the year plaques all round the front door.IT was welcoming,we ate in the resturant Ihad steak and Kidney pie Chips and veg ,the meal was huge enough for two people veg was frozen not fresh, my husband had 1/2 burger and chips, it came as two 1/4 pounds in a very small bun it had no salad garnish no sauces were offered,the presentation was awful, I commenteded when I paided ,Iwas told two 1/4 make a 1/2 and my comments would be passed on.we paided £23 for an awfull meal.12th Aug 2011
