• I used Wheeler Wicks for moving to a SIPP. I then discovered he had set up a yearly, automatic 1/4% deduction from my pension account without my permission. I only discovered this by accident when contacting Standard Life. I told Standard Life to remove this immediately. They said they would do so, but I have since discovered that they left it there. I have complained to Standard Life, and will take this up with the FSA if necessary. Wheeler Wicks said that it had been set up 'by accident'. And 'by accident' it apparently is still being applied! Not impressed with Wheeler Wicks or Standard Life.
