• Wouldn't go near them again. Our jeep went through an Mot with them and we were told it had passed. Brought the jeep home only to find out later it hadn't passed. Misinformation to a customer is not satisfactory.

• Been having problems with my brake callipers - took Car in to W H, suffice to say excellent service and very competitive price! Shopped around, Quick Fit et al. and W H was cheaper by a country mile. Happy to support local businesses rather than faceless big guys :)

• I've been using WH Tyres for several years now, and have never been disappointed. Prices are the best I can find anywhere on-line, service is excellent also.

• Don't go near them they broke my lock nut key which can happen but they also destroyed the locknut which even ford could'nt get off with the right key and had to pay a garage to get the lock nut off as they did'nt want to now they need to change there name to john Wayne and co

• To j Paterson from Paul from w h tyres I am sorry if you felt like I ignored you but the phone goes all the time in my work and I do deal with a lot of important clients and big companys alot of phone calls are not just 2 seconds phone calls and I cover three phones and they can go all at the same time for alot of different reasons and I cover the office and do try my best you are the first person i know that has written a bad review of our company we class all of our customers important as we are a small business but very good at our service so all I can say do is apologise and offer you a good discount on your next set of tyres or any parts or service we can offer but I do know a lot of customers that leave are very pleased with our price and service and do always come back for this reason hope you understand and take us up on our offer thank you

• stood in office for 10 minutes whilest a young man sat on the phone looked at me and continued talking i wouldnt recommend so i took my buisness else where. that was march 2012.
