• It took WCW over 5 weeks to fit a bi-fold door, and at no stage did we get an apology, despite having a hald finished product for over 35 days, on a jod we were told would take 2 days. After getting nothing but rude and unhelpful flannel each time I rang their office, I took to emailing the director and posting a copy of these emails directly to him. Only after the job was finished (8 emails later) did i get a response. No apology, No compensation, Nothing, except the suggestion that I wasn't wealthy enough to pay for the doors. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

• Terrible customer service - Be warned. Also they change prices - they can offer some customers 20% off but not others after numerous phone calls and letters. Look at the reviews they speak for themselves! AVOID

• In early April 2013 my wife and I signed up for replacement windows with West Country Windows who boast of a reputation for quality service and value for money. The design was fairly straight forward except for arched tops to the frames. They were fitted in early June we then made the mistake settling the bill by cheque. In less than a two weeks the arches began to drop off. We contacted the firm and were told that an engineer would check the problem, we waited a fortnight. When the engineer arrived he agreed that the arches were faulty and informed us that he would order some replacements, we waited a further eight weeks for him to return with the new arches. During this time firm was contacted on a number of times by telephone to be fobbed of with numerous excuses without a single word of sorrow or apology from any of the staff including the “Customer Services Manager”. We were beginning to feel thorough nuisances by asking for some service and civility The arches were finally fixed on 24th August 2013 with the exception of one which was misplaced in the factory. Two further arches have dropped off, Marilyn telephoned to enquire of the missing arch and report further faults. The “Customer Service Manager” called back with a date in two weeks time. My wife commented on having to wait another two weeks still with no apology to be met with “yeah terrible innit and I’m only human” Is this the type of Service for West Country Windows to be Proud of?

• This is the Yeovil Company. Very pleasant staff - appalling finish to the installation and left a mess. Cannot reccomend.
