• Do not use this car company! I live around the corner, and for some reason keep falling for the convenience of their location. Th drivers are rude, they do not know the city, and they refuse to follow suggested routes by passengers. I have to date missed 1 plane because the driver forgot to stop at a cash point despite my asking several times, and then forced me to go to a cash point in another terminal before giving me my bags, 2 trains due to 'shortcuts' and have been taken to the wrong address, in the wrong neighbourhood, whilst being assured it was the right address, and charged extra for the inconvenience. use ANY OTHER car service, this one is totally unreliable.
