• I went to Wedding Belles today and had the most amazing service I've experienced in any shop ever! The staff were all brilliant, they couldn't do enough to help me or my bridesmaids! They offered great advice and weren't in any way pushy, they gave us time alone to discuss what we thought of the dresses. We felt like we had all the time in the world to decide what we wanted. Also their sale is AMAZING! I left with the most perfect dress and would definitely recommend this shop to any one who is looking for their dream dress!

• Poor service. Terrible attitude. Fitted me into the wrong dress size. Refused a refund in under 3hrs of purchase. When I got home it was too small. After explaining the situation to the manager over the phone, she made me an appointment. On arriving I was told I had 1/2hr to choose a replacement dress off the rail only, no ordering! I had already been pushed into a quick sale on the last dress. They were intimidating me into another disaster. My sister helped me choose one and the woman backed off and left us to it in the end. This dress was 300 more. Then another 300+ to get altered at another shop closer to home. Who were amazing actually in Holtspur- Bucks. A really bad experience at Wedding Belles, cost me time money and a lot of upset. Would never recommend this place. They don't deserve your money! Please see other peoples comments on the likes of google. They are similar to my experience. Wish I'd done my research first! Awful staff!

• I would not recommend this company. Dresses took much longer to come in than I was told. One of them needs the zip completely 're stitching my wedding dress was unfinished at the bottom and I had to have that fixed also. I am sure they will remove this off their website but I hope they will let me have my opinion.

• I went into Wedding belles this Saturday with my Sister and Bridesmaid.....WHAT an experience. WOW Carol and JoJo you are amazing. Not only did you make a very nervous Bride to be, completley relaxed, you were attentive you soothed my worries and managed to get my wants so perfect the first dress I tried on was the one I chose. You even helped with reccomendations for Hair and make up and sorted another thing for me.Then I got home and found a photo of the dress with a lovely little message. You did not meet my expectations at all.....You exceeds every single one , with Belles on!!!!! thank you for making my wedding dress shopping experience such a special one.
