• This is one of the worst rip off artists I have met in a very long time. We had a Groupon voucher for this vendor last summer. Since it was raining the whole of last year, the voucher could not be used. Mark Walker emailed us to ask for our Groupon code to redeem it. He assured us that he would come and do our windows whenever - with no expiry date on his assurance. Like idiots, we gave it to him. He redeemed the voucher and then refused to do our windows this year because apparently too much time had passed. He had never mentioned a time limit on his original offer. He was very rude and unprofessional on the phone.
