• today i visited Waitrose supermarket branch in Newmarket ,costumer service was poorly i only wanted a smile ,there were 2 grumpy(over 50's) ladies checking out i had no choice but to use one of them they both rude pulling faces , made me feel unwelcome .we do leave in very civilized nation ,i was not stealing just wanted a smile .
