• The recent refurbishment has changed the character of the store. The end result is a somewhat claustrophobic shopping area with, what appears to me, a superfluous customer service area. The addition of a "coffee shop", for want of a better description, is just wasted space - and the unprotected bread and fancy pastries area is disgraceful; products are on open display and I saw, within the space of five minutes, customers picking the cakes up and putting them back - and someone sneezing over them! I wouldn't buy anything from that area! I would suggest that someone from the Health and Safety department should look carefully at that area.

• A first-class store - well laid out with a comprehensive stock and friendly partners to offer advice. This is the one to beat!

• Poorly stocked, with low staff levels, this store struggles to for fill even the basic requirements of supply and demand.
