• Asia, 29 March 2018 I had my hair cut by Farrah today and i can honestly say this is the first time in my life i've ever been happy with a haircut! I have naturally curly hair and it is very hard to find someone who is able to cut it without my hair turning into a triangle of frizz or cutting it so short it turns into an afro. It was incredibly refreshing seeing how well Farrah knew to cut curly hair. She was very attentive to what i wanted as well as throwing in advice about what she knew worked well. The staff were very friendly and the salon is beautiful which made it a wonderful atmosphere to be in! I especially enjoyed. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much

• Is very nice salon its very professional when I first went there my eyebrows did not look nice no she fixed them and I look like a whole new person my hair was all rough and now it is silky smooth so everyone you should go there you will fell like a whole new person and highly recommend to everyone tell your friend and family to come to this salon.

• Visible change Best beauty salon in cardiff Friendly Professional Fantastic Salon.my sister have been to this salon she really loved this salon for hot stone massage, facials, pedicure and manicure. The service is Always friendly, relaxing with top class treatments. My sister would highly recommend this salon.

• Visible changes is very nice place for laser hair removal .I recommend this place because I done only 4 treatment and I saw fabulous result and I just love the treatment , before this place I went somewhere else but I didn't get good result but after getting treatment in visible changes I feel very nice.farrah the owner very welcoming and kind with their clients and always make me at ease. I just love this place.customized services tailored according to individual needs are offered at visible changes.

• Very welcoming intimate surroundings,well experienced staff ,very impressed with their staff and quality of work.They have wide range of services and a 100% grantee of meeting you are experience. Farrah the owner is very welcoming and happy person who always makes me feel at ease. Once you go there you will never go anywhere else again.

• It is for me the second time I go there for a facial and I can just say that the service is amazing! They really know what they are doing, I’ve now had two wonderful back massages and two fab pedicures at Visible Changes and will be going back as often .Farrah and team have made me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I enter the salon They listen to what I would like and make the whole experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you - I can thoroughly recommend! I will be back for sure!

• I absolutely love this salon , indeed the best customer services in Cardiff ,I love the way the cut the hairs as well the massage is so relaxing and temptation. The eyebrow threading is the best way to groom your self.Visible changes is an absolutely stunning salon. It oozes class from the moment you walk in the door, and in fact the type of effortless class that isn't as intimidating as many other trendy salons. I treated myself to an appointment with a staff, and it was, for the most part, worth it. The staff essentially are very friendly and very much takes the time to listen, ask questions, and confirm what you want before making suggestions. I have masses of crazy curly hair, and was nervous when I wanted to to my hairs thin as in the past, thinning it out has been a disaster because it breaks up the curl but still I went for that look. The staff assured me she was very good at it, and indeed she wasn't lying. By the time she was done, my hair was literally so much lighter and yet didn't look frizzy or like a 3 layer cake. Overall, I would recommend this salon. Love this salon as With a good reputation and staff that offer a wealth of experience, visible changes is the perfect place to go to get a hair cut, massage, make up and threading.

• I came in and had my hair done back in December. The best hair cut I have ever had. My hair was evened out without losing length. It felt great for weeks! I have never been to a friendlier or more comfortable salon.I have referred a ton of people here and they have all had great experiences as well.

• I honestly recommend Visible Changes as one of the best salons in South Wales it's amazing, Farrah is the kindest most helpful and she always keeps me up to date on how to take care of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are looking as good as ever I wouldn't know who else would do a better job, as my eyebrows aren't the best in the word but Farrah makes them absolutely perfect! i bet any treatment you ask for Farrah would do an amazing job at it!

• i been there at visible changes.its simply great.her facial is very effective and relaxing.moreover she got a trained staff for massage with special techniques.staff is very welcoming and friendly.she giver excellent service which you cant not get from any other salon. would highly recommend to visit at least once i can bet on it u will go again.

• Really good salon best facial an eyebrow threading ive experienced !! My eyebrows look amazing and skin is so soft. The facial was so relaxing and unique unlike any other ive had before. I would highly recommend this salon.
