• I apologise in advance for the grumble but my visits to the Village Fryer are less than pleasurable! Why do I always have to wait for chips (I mean always)... At 5:45pm there're never any ready except for deliveries. You're never greeted with a smile and staff were arguing in front of customers this evening... Poor! I felt like I was an inconvenience! The food is good but I think I'll be going to the other chip shop in Thundersley. It's quicker with better customer service! C'mon guys you can do better!

• i was most satisfied with the delivery service and the quality of the fish supplied i this is my fourth dilivery and i will continue in future.
