• Fantastic nails but appalling customer service. The guy on reception is so rude and really has no idea how to deal with customers. I would not recommend this place at all

• Terrible service! Upon entering the shop I was left to stand there nobody greeted me even though they saw me standing there, it was only after a few minutes that one of the staff said "yes?" Without a smile. I noticed that they done this to several others whom entered after me. The lady that done my nails was so rude and appeared to not want to be there. When I mentioned this to one of the other staff they said it was because she did not speak english! No excuse! You do not have to speak english to be nice. All in all, bad customer service and I will not return..
