• I will NEVER order from here ever again I'm a good customer obviously customer relations mean nothing, !!! There are plenty of other food shops - I'll order from elsewhere, you've lost my business prob about over £40 pound a month or more! I only came back to this shop after about a years absence, after bad reviews in the paper , only came back cos shop had been re vamped! I've worked in a busy truckers cafe feeding men on schedules , you can't in a rage just say mistakes was because your very busy, If your gonna work serving the public , you need to get the order right, would be good I paid money for what I asked for n never got it !! Oh well my money can go elsewhere ! When I called them when the proper order they said they would deliver after an hr I called them back phone was ringing for ages,! No one answered so I rung from my other phone a number they never knew they picked phone up straightaway!

• I had a recent complaint and had it resolved. They offerd me a free pizza to resolve the problem. Once I tried to clams the so called free pizza I was told I was stupid and I didn't deserve it. I have never witnessed such poor customer service don't give them your hard earned cash use rose kebab instead
