• If your water quality tested as poor then the tests don't lie. Because one fish at the time succombed to these problems it isn't a forgone conclusion for an number of reasons that the other will. If the water quality isn't improved then it would probably only be a matter of time before the second fish did succombe.

• I'm very disappointed with the reaction we got when we had to return a dead fish we had bought the day earlier. The unhelpful staff made out that the water was faulty and not the fish even though the other one we bought is fine.
