• Just finished my 2nd Shred 7 with Troy. Really enjoyed these sessions so much & made some lovely friends in the groups who help each other & have been so friendly. As usual Troy is very patient & gives you so much encouragement & I have never done the same session every time I have gone. I really can't recommend Troy enough, if you want to push your limits & have fun at the same time this is the place to go.

• Troy works every single day, alone or with clients to ensure he provides THE BEST service. 5 years and 3 personal trainers later I have found THE ONE and lost more fat than ever before! Highly recommend this effective service with the friendliest of people - Troy!
